“Nice quaint fisherman's cottage - as a couple we enjoyed this place very much, offered all we required.”

Good quality beds and linen. Well stocked kitchen. The heating and hot water is excellent and clear to operate. Tight route to parking area but how good to get parking so close to the bay. Late sun on the decking is a great spot to enjoy. Two minutes to the seafront on foot.

The property

An attractive Grade II listed fisherman's cottage, quietly tucked away in a courtyard within the heart of Lyme Regis just a stones throw from the seafront, shops, pubs and restaurants. While retaining much of its character and charm, the property has been sympathetically modernised including a kitchen with high quality integrated appliances and provides very comfortable, spacious accommodation for couples and families. The cottage is approached via its own wooden staircase within the courtyard. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. A lovely seaside property with a wonderful, central location and the real bonus of off-road parking allowing you to enjoy all that the historic town of Lyme Regis has to offer.
