    “We've stayed at 1 Coram Tower a number of times now and really appreciate the recent bathroom refurbishment: the new bathroom is now up to the same high standard as the rest of the flat.”

    We were impressed by the way that the Lyme Bay Holidays team dealt with a query that we had about unlocking one of the windows in the flat. Unlike our previous stays, we were only provided with a single key and the team weren't able to provide a second key. This limited the ability of our group to split up and do different things without needing to make sure that the person with the key was the first back to the flat. Having a second key is really useful in some cases :-)
