    “Check in is quite late and check out very early.”

    Average timings are check in 3 pm and 11 am for check out. The cottage was really good. Only comment is that the BBQ was really dirty.

Coram Cottage is a charming and very characterful 1930s-style house located in the popular seaside town of Lyme Regis in Dorset. Located on the eastern side of the town, the house has been designed to make the most of the impressive sea views with the comfortable lounge. Doors from the lounge open onto a decked terrace where you can sit with your morning cuppa watching the sun come up over Golden Cap and the Jurassic coastline. Perfect for a family or group of friends, this three-bedroom house can accommodate up to eight guests with its flexible accommodation arranged over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room which is perfect for sociable family mealtimes. The ground floor king-size bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, enjoys lovely views over the garden at the rear. On the first floor, the second king-size bedroom is both spacious and bright, with far reaching views over Lyme Regis and the coast beyond. The family shower room is located on this floor. Stairs lead from the first floor to an open plan family room with double sofa bed & twin beds. The gardens and outside areas of Coram Cottage make the most of the enviable location with seaside themed planting and outdoor seating areas providing the ideal spot to sit and take in the views. There are two feature ponds traversed by a decked footpath so supervision of younger children when in the garden is essential. With off-road parking for two cars and a convenient footpath at the end of the private road, this delightful period property is perfect for exploring Lyme Regis and this popular stretch of the Dorset coast whether on foot or by car. Please note: Children will need to be supervised when in the garden due to the ponds or when using the roof terrace accessed from the first-floor lounge.
