“This was an excellent property in a great location for travelling around Devon and Dorset.”

We wished we could have stayed longer. It’s worth raising awareness that to get to the stairs / bathroom from the twin room you walk through the double room. No problem for families but a little cosy if staying as 2 couples! Our only criticism would be the lack of secure garden for the dog (we kept him on an extendable lead) and no bbq - this could be easily solved. More guidance for the recycling would also be helpful. We would love to stay again!

“The property was advertised as dog friendly, however the garden was very Insecure therefore could not allow our dog off lead in the garden.”

The property smelt of damp both upstairs and downstairs. The shower room was below standard for expected for this price point we paid. We have stayed in many holiday homes and this was very disappointing for us.

“Relaxing stay is a unique property which is well equipped and comfortable.”

The location was ideal for me although some may find the road outside a little noisy at times. I had a lovely week staying here and the property provided everything I needed for a happy holiday.

A stunning 4 star Gold property which is a detached, purpose built holiday home offering stylish, contemporary accommodation for couples or families. The property is set near the owner's home, an iconic Water Tower conversion in an elevated position on the western outskirts of the Victorian seaside town of Seaton. Outside, guests have a private patio with seating and full use of a large lawn area and there is a balcony on the first floor which offers views over the Devon countryside. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants in this small Devon town are within a few minutes drive or a walk of around a mile and a half for the more adventurous. Explore the stunning Axe Estuary and Wetlands, abundant with bird and wildlife, or why not visit the unique Seaton Tramway and Jurassic Coast Centre. The picturesque fishing village of Beer, just a five minutes drive, is host to the famous Pecorama and Quarry Caves and self-drive motor boats can be hired from the beach. Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
