“Sunrise View was in a beautiful location.”

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It’s the first time we’ve been to a pet friendly apartment and was really pleased with the cleanliness and good space for our dog. The park and tennis courts opposite were great for the children and the view of the sea was wonderful. Seaton is a lovely town with great restaurants too! We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you ☺️

“We both absolutely loved our week's stay at this apartment.”

Every need is catered for, the kitchen is very impressive and we both agree that the beds are the most comfortable that we've ever slept in! Just a 4 minute walk to the seafront and to town , we would highly recommend a stay here. So clean , inviting and comfortable. The living room and bathroom are also lovely. We would stay again.

“Wow! This apartment was just perfect for our short stay in Seaton.”

It was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Thank you for our welcome bundle, we really appreciated the bread, milk and butter! The hosts really have thought of everything and all the basics needed whilst staying away are accounted for... Even plastic plates and cups for the children! I need to add that our children slept all night in their own beds!!! So that proves how comfortable the beds were here. The apartment is in such an ideal location for exploring Seaton and nearby beach towns and we were lucky enough to secure a parking space right outside on the road. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to be based in Seaton, especially young families as its a short walk to the beach, shops and eating places and there is a park literally opposite ☺️ Thank you hosts. “A fabulous apartment furnished to a high standard with a kitchen equipped with everything we needed for our self catering holiday including a welcome pack of food items.”

Lovely view of the sea and only a few minutes walk to the beach and town centre with a brilliant bus service, we went to Beer, Lyme Regis & Sidmouth by bus and by tram to Colyton. Highly recommended would be Friday's fish & chip restaurant/takeaway, Coast on the Esplanade and The Hideaway at the far end of the beach. Seaton is a great destination for a relaxing holiday. Thank you Amber & Andy for a great apartment.

“Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment.”

The weather wasn’t great but we had everything on the doorstep - mini golf and tennis across the road, riding on the tramway, cycling round the wetland nature reserve and fossil hunting on the beach, as well as the short distances to Lyme Regis and the lovely village of Beer. Note - the mini golf course at Seaton is far superior to the one at Lyme, and far far less busy! And we enjoyed some rainy afternoons playing board games in the apartment. It was a really nice bright space to be in and really well equipped. Would definitely recommend to others for a family holiday.

Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, the apartment has been wonderfully updated and tastefully furnished to offer everything needed for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The large bay window at the front floods the spacious living room with light where you can sit back on the comfortable seating or share mealtimes while you take in the views to the sea beyond. Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
