“Although property initially looked stunning, there were lots of areas where attention to detail on cleaning was lacking.”

Door handle on inner door stuck shut and after trying to report it to the Chester office. No response to date. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lounge was a good size. TV signal was appalling, even though we only wanted to watch the football. This was impossible.
