On arrival a pathway leads from the parking space around the perimeter of the main house, leading you to your private entrance to begin your stay. The accommodation is bright and spacious throughout with the open-plan living area a charming room to sit back and relax in the reclining chairs looking out onto the well-kept garden. The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob and combi-microwave, perfect for rustling up meals which can be enjoyed around the dining table. When the weather allows, why not step outside where the patio with table and chairs offers a quiet spot for alfresco meals or a spot of afternoon tea? All on one level, the spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, is furnished with the same attention to detail evident throughout the apartment. When it comes to freshening up, the bathroom has both a bath and separate shower cubicle.
Raymonds Hill is a village with a local pub and more amenities can be found in the neighbouring town of Axminster, with its local pubs, restaurants, and convenience stores for all of your holiday essentials. Food lovers will delight in the excellent range of eateries nearby including River Cottage Kitchen and Store located nearby on Trinity Hill, with Lyme Regis offering a good choice of restaurants. For those who prefer to cook, Millers Farm Shop in neighbouring Kilmington offers an array of local groceries and visitors are sure to come away with far more than intended. The area is a haven for walkers with an abundance of footpaths on the doorstep, including the renowned South West Coastal Footpath, Trinity Hill Nature Reserve and Lambert’s Castle hillfort which offers fantastic views over miles of countryside and to the coast beyond.
