    Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your stay. The property is advertised as only sleeping 5 guests so features such as dining arrangements are designed for this maximum capacity. This is displayed clearly in the photos. Should guests need additional seating, there is another chair in one of the bedrooms or the outside decking has extra seating. The property is kept up to date by the owners and the photos market it accurately. Lyme is a very popular UK holiday destination and the month of August is our peak season. The property

A very attractive modern semi-detached town house quietly located on a small development in a residential area of Lyme Regis. Arranged over 3 floors the property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and with its elevated position offers some wonderful views across the town to sea. There is a small south facing garden with a raised deck leading from the sitting room, as well as a good sized patio and a small sloping lawn. This terraced garden with garden furniture offers a place to sit and enjoy the sun almost all day while taking advantage of the views. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Approximately 15 minutes walk down to the town and beaches. Some guests may want us to mention that this development backs on to the small cemetery in Lyme Regis. The cul-de-sac has a small playground for young children.
