  • Fiona

“The house was as described, very comfortable, homely and warm, we had a wonderful stay, quite area, and lovely neighbours, the storm Ciarian was unfortunate but didn't spoil our stay, the views are lovely from the back of the house, and as we navigated the area, we found easier ways back to the house than the big hill, the garage was a very welcome addition, and even accommodated our 4x4, we would definitely recommend this property for a holiday destination.”

The property

A very attractive modern semi-detached town house quietly located on a small development in a residential area of Lyme Regis. Arranged over 3 floors the property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and with its elevated position offers some wonderful views across the town to sea. There is a small south facing garden with a raised deck leading from the sitting room, as well as a good sized patio and a small sloping lawn. This terraced garden with garden furniture offers a place to sit and enjoy the sun almost all day while taking advantage of the views. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Approximately 15 minutes walk down to the town and beaches. Some guests may want us to mention that this development backs on to the small cemetery in Lyme Regis.
