The devil is in the details: coffee machine was seriously molded, tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work, there was a murky smell in the living room (the couch set smelled bad, probably from previous smokers), the spring mattress was old, we didn’t manage to open the window in one of the two bedrooms and the legs of the clothes rack in the corridor were falling apart.
On the plus side there was everything we needed in the flat, including washing machine which we used. Next door (paid) ...

The smell in the living area and condition of the sofa are of particular concern, and we will be investigating this further to determine whether deeper cleaning or replacement is required. We’re also addressing the mattress, window, and clothing rack to ensure all aspects of the property are in proper working order for future guests.
