    “Needs to be made clear that there is no working TV (no terrestrial or sky channels) despite sky box and connections provided.”

    Even the internet connection for streaming is intermittent. There is unsightly and smelling pigeon and seagull excrement on window sills, particularly within the front roof gully. This is unpleasant when you need window open for ventilation. Apartment is spacious and furnishings decent but some lamps had bulbs missing and dishwasher fell out of cabinet when opened. Some cutlery and plates needed re-washing before use. Apartment is ideally located for centre of Lyme Regis but it is not worth the ...
