    “Positives: Great location, very close to the town, beach and restaurants.”

    Flat has lovely views, great (small) balcony. Generally, flat suited us well for a weeks holiday, but could have been so much better. Negatives: Kitchen and facilities need an upgrade. Fridge needed a defrost, and was clearly at too higher temperature. Dishwasher is very small and leaks badly if not closed properly. Poor standard of utensils, frying pans need urgent replacement. Cabinet doors delaminating. New boiler pipework not concealed. Nespresso machine would have been lovely. Heated towel ...

Curtain hanging off rail in 2nd bedroom. Seems the flat recently decorated to a good standard but pictures missing, as hooks visible.These are all relatively small items that could transform the flat from "OK" to "Exceptionally nice"
