    “Stunning apartment, visited several times before and would definitely book again.”

    Great location, amazing views, light and airy, comfy bed and super shower. Had everything we needed. Sofa is the only weak link, very 'slippery' and now showing signs of wear. Shame TV is not a smart TV but just connected a tablet so no problem. Disappointing that milk left for us was out of date but these things happen, so no complaints. Fantastic to have parking permit. Thank you.

A 4 star Gold property situated on Marine Parade on Lyme Regis' seafront, Seagull is this wonderful, recently renovated, luxurious apartment offering stunning sea, coastal and harbour views. The property is part of an architect-designed conversion of an iconic hotel into eight high quality apartments. Located on the second floor, a wonderful feature are the two Juliet balconies with tri-fold doors providing an open aspect onto the seafront itself and great for bringing the outside in on a lovely summers' day. Modern and contemporary, the property has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard and provides excellent self-catering accommodation. The owners have given great thought to design and layout and no expense has been spared in the quality of the fixtures and furnishings. In the heart of Lyme's shops, pubs and restaurants this really is a superb holiday apartment to relax and enjoy all that this traditional seaside town has to offer. Please note: This property accepts one baby under 1 only. LYME REGIS

Charmouth 3 miles; Axminster 6 miles; Bridport 10 miles; Sidmouth 16 miles.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

Note: Car parking payable at location and subject to availability. We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent.
There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.
