    “The property itself is amazing and spacious and in a great location but unfortunately there were a few issues.”

    My main issue was cleanliness, there were hairs on the side in the bathroom along with the previous guests make up items on the floor next to the bath and layers of dirt on things like the toilet roll holder. The floors around the properly didn’t appear to have been hoovered and there was a broken window hinge which meant we couldn’t open the window properly along with there only being 1 set of keys for a property that sleeps 8 people. The wardrobes are unusable in one of the twin ...

The floors around the properly didn’t appear to have been hoovered and there was a broken window hinge which meant we couldn’t open the window properly along with there only being 1 set of keys for a property that sleeps 8 people. The wardrobes are unusable in one of the twin bedrooms. You can’t actually get to them or open them. The only accesible wardrobe in that room houses the washing machine and dryer, which was also a little odd. Then the one of the wardrobes in the main bedroom was full of random items and cleaning supplies and the clothes horse (also broken). The other wardrobe in the main bedroom had a second mop and bucket in it and the mop had been left to dry out on the shelf where you’re expected to put your clothes, which was a bit gross. Despite these issues, we did really like the property because of how large and bright it was and how close it was to the seafront. We would book the property again in a hope that these issues were a one off and will have been rectified going forward.

The stunning sea views enjoyed from The Seagull's Nest are among the best Lyme Regis has to offer. Large windows which stretch the entire breadth of the living space in the apartment take advantage of the glorious views out to sea. Well furnished and arranged over two floors the apartment has been recently converted and offers very good accommodation for families. Situated in a much sought after Victorian Terrace the apartment is only a stone's throw from the famous Cobb harbour and beaches. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Allocated off-road parking is provided a short walk from the property.
