    “The property was perfect for our stay, spacious and clean.”

    However, it was frustrating not to be able to access the outdoor cushions, making the furniture uncomfortable. We have always found that some dishwasher and washing machine tablets have been left at properties, there were non. Nothing to clean the bathroom with and only one sheet to use on the floor mop. A long brush would have been useful to sweep the hard floors too.

    We are pleased you found the house perfect for your holiday. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets are provided but on this occasion the cleaning team seem to have missed these items. Please accept our apologies on behalf of the team who have been advised of this shortfall. A light cordless upright vacuum cleaner is provided which we felt was a better option than a brush but will take this idea forward. The maintenance team have been instructed to remove the lock on the storage box. We hope to see you and your family again at SubLyme soon Property Owner
