“Where do I start ?”
The shower would not run hot, the previous renter had noted it in the visitors book and (presumably) reported it but it hadn't been fixed. Although maybe they hadn't because it was impossible to contact the property management (Lyme Bay holidays)!
Calling the contact number gave no option to speak to a person, merely fill in an online form and we'll get back to you within 14 days!
Eventually on the Monday I used the 'new bookings only' option, spoke to a real person who put me through to the 'property service team'
Mainentance was dispatched, reset the boiler , pronounced leave it for an hour and it will be ok, wrong! Called again on Tue, sent a plumber this time who replaced the showeer, yay!, afetr four days a hot shower!
Now to the other problem, no property information pack, nothing, absolutely zilch!
A really nice property, just let down by absolutely appauling service...
