This delightful and quaint 19th Century cottage is situated in the heart of the village of Uplyme on the outskirts of Lyme Regis.
Sympathetically modernised, while retaining all of its character and charm, the property has been refurbished to a high standard. As well as preserving its lovely period feel the owners have introduced some very attractive features including exposed stone walls and original wooden beams. To the rear, there are patio and decked seating areas where you can sit and enjoy the sun all day long.
Numerous footpaths and bridleways are within easy reach, including a delightful riverside walk to Lyme Regis seafront which takes around 30 minutes. Although the property does not have a designated parking space there is ample on road parking less than 80 yards from the cottage.
In the village there is a small general store/petrol station, a children's playground next to the village cricket ground and tennis courts and a public house which serves good food, all a few minutes walk away. At any time of year this cottage is an ideal base to enjoy all that this beautiful part of the Jurassic Coast has to offer.
