Stampede by the Sea Dorset Trail

Lyme Bay Holidays are delighted to be joining the herd for Weldmar Hospice’s Stampede by the Sea!

Our “Memories by the Sea” sculpture elephant, hand painted by Beth Waygood will be in place on Lyme Regis promenade from 28^th March until 27^th May 2025. This elephant is part of a community art trail across West Dorset covering Bridport, West Bay and Lyme Regis.

Weldmar Hospice

Weldmar Hospice is an incredible Dorset charity who provide specialist end of life care for local adults with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones.

The aim of the art trail is to spread awareness about the incredible work Weldmar Hospice provide, whilst also raising valuable funds for the charity with the elephants being auctioned off at the end of the trail, in June.

Lyme Bay Holidays have chosen Weldmar Hospice as their charity of the year for 2025.
