    “Great holiday cottage, clean tidy and with everything we needed.”

    If we had stayed longer we would have missed the washing machine and tumble dryer - and the fencing in the garden our lab bounced over into next door so we couldn't let him out the back without a lead so I think that the fencing could be improved perhaps as it's rather low :-) Overall a pleasant stay and close to Lyme Regis and Charmouth which was what we wanted.

I was a little surprised to read your comments regarding the garden fencing, as we have recently invested in raising the height of the fence and would generally consider it secure for all but the most athletic dogs. That said, we appreciate you sharing your experience, as it’s always helpful to understand how the property performs in real-life use. In terms of the washing machine and tumble dryer, the cottage is compact and space is understandably limited. However, there are commercial-grade washing and drying facilities available all year round just a one-minute walk from the property, which many guests find very convenient during longer stays. The property

This two bedroom, attached house is situated on a small holiday complex within the grounds of The Fernhill Heights Hotel, between Charmouth and Lyme Regis, offering good quality holiday accommodation. An open living space has seating and dining areas and a door from the kitchen at the rear leads out onto a terraced patio garden with outside furniture. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. There is direct access to the coastal footpath from the surrounding grounds and the site is adjacent to Lyme Regis golf course. A comfortable base from which to explore all that this beautiful stretch of Jurassic Coast has to offer. Charmouth is an unspoilt seaside village, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a fantastic beach world renowned for its fossils on the famous Jurassic Coast.
