    “Really great accommodation, it was at the lower end of price point and exceeded our expectations for the price we paid.”

    It is not a 5* property, however for the price paid it is great! View from flat was lovely, well appointed kitchen, parking which is golddust in Lyme Regis (though tricky to get into space if others also using garage as v tight and pillars stopping easy access - best to reverse into garage!). Great spot close to everything and no hike up the hill required. We would return!

3 Bay View Court is a two bedroomed, first-floor apartment situated in Lyme Regis, Dorset. This centrally located seaside apartment boasts stunning sea views and is just a short walk from a range of shops, pubs, eateries and the beach; whether you’re a family, friends or couples, this is an ideal base to explore this wonderful town on the Jurassic Coast. The open plan living area greets you with views of the sea and is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a family feast which can be enjoyed together around the dining table. When the weather permits make the most of the location and enjoy a cold drink whilst sat on the balcony where you can admire the stunning view of the sea and soak in the sea air. When it’s time for sleep, there are two bedrooms. A double which enjoys views to the sea and a twin bedroom. Freshen up in the shower room with walk-in shower, and you’ll soon be ready for the day. Being so close to amenities, you’ll want to head out and explore Lyme Regis, a charming seaside town with its iconic Cobb harbour and family friendly beach. The nearby Lyme Regis Museum is a great way to learn about the town’s past and discover its incredible geology – or why not take a boat trip from the harbour to nearby West Bay taking in views of the Jurassic Coast from the water? The Axe Valley Wildlife Park, a small and friendly zoo situated in Axminster, is a great day out for the family or the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth is open to visitors throughout the year. Other popular days out include the pretty fishing village of Beer with its quaint streets, gift shops and galleries or head to neighbouring Seaton, where you can hop on board and take a picturesque tram ride along the river Axe estuary through nature reserves to Colyford and Colyton However you plan to spend your days, your stay at 3 Bay View Court will be one to remember. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
