    “Lovely little terraced cottage nestled close to the artisan area of Lyme Regis.”

    It is beautifully furnished, beds were comfortable and the amenities provided were everything we needed. We enjoyed morning coffee on the garden terrace, and loved the location that is quiet yet close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Instructions for access and parking were good and the welcome goody bag was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

The cottage is comfortably furnished and retains much character and charm. Outside to the rear is a small patio with seating which offers views over the towns rooftops. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. An ideal base for those looking for a relaxing break in this picturesque, unspoilt Dorset town. Please note: The staircase in the property is quite narrow and twisting and may not be suitable for the young or infirm. Some low ceilings. Stairgates will not fit the staircase but there is a door at the bottom of the stairs. Logs for wood-burning stove not supplied but available locally This is a small 200 year old cottage on a steep narrow lane with no vehicular access. The staircase is steep and winding. A parking permit is provided  for  a location nearby . LYME REGIS

Charmouth 3 miles; Axminster 6 miles; Bridport 10 miles; Sidmouth 16 miles.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent.
There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.
