    “The property description for the house should state that it is is semi property with the flat below and therefore shared access and parking.”

    The description and photos currently lead you to believe you are renting a detached property. The property is starting to look a little tired, carpets, dining chairs, damp patches and cracks in the wall. The property is well equipped in the kitchen, living area and there are wardrobes and drawers in the bedrooms - however they could benefit from towel rails to dry damp towels.
