The property

The Arched House, a 4 star Gold property which forms part of a Grade II listed house in the heart of old Lyme. This delightful five bedroom property is situated in ancient Coombe Street, just 150 yards from the seafront and close to the Town Mill bakery, restaurants, pubs and shops. The house has been fully renovated by the owners and provides high quality beds and bathrooms with a vintage seaside decor. Part of the charm of this property, and indeed the origin of its name, is that the accommodation, which is arranged over three floors, arches over the River Lym just before it reaches the sea. A wonderful seaside property, with its central location allowing you to enjoy all Lyme Regis has to offer. This property offers a reduced rate for groups of 6 or less not requiring 2nd floor but this option is not available during any school holiday weeks including the whole months of July and August.
