However, just before the holiday we were startled to accidentally discover that the number of beds had been reduced from 6 to 5 after our booking had been made, this could have been most inconvenient on arrival, and we think we should have been told. However, Sykes were most helpful in promptly sorting this out. Also, property could do with a formal feedback system to log minor problems such as extractor fan not working in en-suite bathroom, so that the next occupants don't suffer from the same problem.
We do apologise about the mix-up with the change in bed configuration, we had administrated the marketing change almost at the same time that your booking was processed, and therefore it wasn't communicated to you.
