Very comfortable property, clean and well equipped.

Comfy sofa and chairs in lounge which is always a plus. Well situated for exploring area and nice walk through fields to tram station for coffee and people watching. Had glorious weather also which was icing on cake! Will look to book again.

We had a lovely stay in the house and would be more than happy to return.

It was homely and perfect for our visit with grandchildren. I appreciated the card left by the owners and the children enjoyed helping me to water the garden! Having so many useful things there...tissues,cleaning products, and washing liquids of all sorts was wonderful... just wish I'd realised before bringing so much with me! The children loved the fleecy throw and I loved the table covering that meant I could let them sit and colour without worrying that they might damage the table! The only slight issues we had were that we went armed with dvds but couldn't get the player to work and although I succeeded on getting the shower to get to a good temperature, my husband and granddaughter found it tricky. I tried to make sure the carpets were vacuumed before we left, but the wheel kept dropping off the vacuum! None of these things impacted our enjoyment of this lovely property, but might be useful for the owner to know! The overwhelming impression was of a welcoming home with a lovely and well kitted out garden.. complete with summer house that was perfect for game sessions!

It is generally very well equipped, with a washer/drier and some toys/games for the kids provided. It would be useful to have some oven gloves in the kitchen. It is in a good location for exploring Devon. We really enjoyed the Seaton Tramway, especially being able to walk to it from the cottage.

No welcome pack so if you want a cuppa when you arrive after a long journey, make sure you've got your own supply.

No major complaints at all, very comfortable and clean,,, well stocked with kitchen impements and crockery, No reason why we wouldnt go back another time,,, but if we did we would take some china cups or small china mugs for a propper cup of tea, (not posh just nicer) We are not fans of big thick mugs,, Great central place to tour all along that part of the south coast (Lyme Bay)

Nice property but let down on some things.

The first thing we had to do was open all the windows as it smelled fusty, like sweaty socks. That didn't work so we had to buy some air freshener. The downstairs toilet had been left unflushed and the kettle in the kitchen had been left half full of water. Something in the bathroom gave me an allergic reaction each time I went in but I couldn't pinpoint what - my wife was unaffected and it is usually her that is sensitive with allergies. Bed in main bedroom very comfortable but sleep disturbance due to street light opposite shining through the curtains. (We have black out curtains at home). Location in cul-de-sac is very quiet apart from the Monday morning seagulls very noisily screeching whilst attacking and emptying the food waste bins which woke us early. Single bed in front bedroom noisy when moving about. Marks on carpet in main bedroom. Not impressed with the plethora of tissue boxes with notes stuck on them saying to refill and recycle. Unhygienic to do that and perhaps only one box might have been left as they only cost 59 pence in Aldi. Property was clean, otherwise but, unnecessarily, let down by the above.

Had a lovely stay at Woody View, its a home from home, very comfortable, clean and quiet.

Well situated to visit East Devon and Dorset. Would highly recommend and probably one of the best rentals we have stayed at.

A great house which has a lovely view and is very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

A lovely summer house to sit in in the back garden is great if you want a quiet moment. Only downside is the house is on top of a fairly steep hill.

A lovely clean, well equipped house situated in a quiet street.

This all ensured our holiday was very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable as was the lounge furniture . We loved the summerhouse, nice to go to after a busy day investigating the area, to enjoy a glass or 2 of wine , enjoying the view. We also loved using it on days when we just needed to relax and maybe read a book. The house is well placed to get to any area in East Devon. Would definitely recommend if wanting to visit this area.

Nice rental & location with a good standard of furnishing & equipment, but not all guests live in a world of push button technology.

Instruction manual on equipment poorly laid out and found TV, cooker, microwave & washer/drier instructions frustrating & opaque.

We had a great holiday and the accommodation was superb.

This was a very comfortable, well equipped property, with neatly landscaped garden, complete with summerhouse.

Great views of the surrounding countryside. Seaton only 5 to 10 minutes away, and handy for the Seaton Tramway. A real home from home!

We enjoyed the beach and shops at Sidmouth. Roly's fudge is a must from there! Ice creams at West Bay are great. Dorchester is a lovely town to visit.

Weather was good and enjoyed the surrounding coastline - we love this area - Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth, Seaton Tram, Lyme Regis, Pasties, Fish and Chips, and Cream Teas, plus a few pubs! Thank you Woody View!

A lovely short break with perfect weather.

Have loved sitting in the garden watching the birds and butterflies, and many bats at night! The house is exceptionally clean and well equipped (the only thing would be some sun loungers in the garden!) Lovely beaches at Seaton and Beer but our favourite place was Lyme Regis - when we eventually found a parking space! Overall a great stay, we needed a relaxing break and that is what we had. The only stress was trying to work out the temperature control for the shower! Thank you Woody View!

A very enjoyable stay at Woody View which was very clean and comfortable!

We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the lovely area. The Wheelwright pub serves us a very impressive meal down in Colyford + the tram ride was a great experience! Here are our top visits: Hideaway cafe in Seaton (and the coops ice cream kiosk), Colyton fish and chips (although hard to find!) + the tramway! And the summer house was great in the evening for our card games!
