    “The estate was beautiful, grounds maintained well and kept clean.”

    Lots of lovely walks. Great location to visit places such as Lyme Regis, Beer, Seaton and Charmouth. Accommodation was a lovely cosy converted building. The welcome gift bag on arrival was a nice touch. However it does need a new sofa as the current one is very squashed. It was relatively clean, except under furniture. Nice hot powerful shower and Comfortable bed. The stairs are very steep and dangerous for children and pets, does need a baby gate for safety reasons. Overall we had a great ...

The property

A 2 bedroom barn conversion on the beautiful and historic Rousdon Estate set on the stunning Jurassic Coastline. This property has been completely refurbished to provide high quality holiday accommodation with a wealth of character. There are two ground floor bedrooms and a steep, open staircase leads to a first floor, open mezzanine room with futon. The area is a haven for wildlife and the estate grounds, with 350 acres of pastures and woodlands, boasts access via a very steep path to a private beach. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Just 5 minutes by car from Lyme Regis, the Rousdon Estate sits on the Devon and Dorset border at the heart of the World Heritage Coastline.
