    “We have brilliant holiday!”

    The lodge was clean and well equipped. Very suitable for the children. Was all round a great holiday. We did have a power cut on the last day and it affected our lodge when it was back on but called the number in the book and it was all back on ready for when we got back from our day out :) we couldn’t find the trip switch box so only suggestion would be a sign to direct but apart from that it was amazing

Oakwood 1 is a beautifully presented, Finnish timber lodge located upon Pinewood Retreat Holiday Park on the Devon/Dorset border. The well-maintained site includes both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool - perfect for a family friendly holiday. This 3-bedroom lodge is very homely and well-equipped with an open-plan living area, a well-fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room enjoying views over the park. The wooden veranda with outdoor table and chairs is a great spot for alfresco dining or to simply sit with a book and cup of tea and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. The three bedrooms provide options for families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together. There is a king-size bedroom and a double, both with TVs and enjoying views over the countryside beyond the park. The third bedroom has bunkbeds. There is also a well fitted bathroom with both a bath and separate shower cubicle, and a separate cloakroom with WC. Located halfway between the popular seaside towns of Lyme Regis and Seaton, this is a great location for enjoying this picturesque part of the Jurassic coast with its popular beaches and many visitor attractions.
