The property

Hideaway is one of three barns, situated close to the Devon/Dorset border and was converted to provide an ideal retreat for a couple and their dog looking to enjoy the many activities and walks this area has to offer. With vaulted ceilings and beams the open-plan living area is tastefully furnished and includes a well fitted kitchen and comfortable seating area; perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The spacious king-size bedroom leads off from the living areas with a fantastic en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower. Alongside the barn, guests have their own patio seating area with table and chairs which provides the ideal spot to sit with a glass of wine in the evening or perhaps a spot of alfresco dining. Across the lane from the properties, the owners have thoughtfully provided a fenced off area of paddock where owners can exercise their dogs. Please note: A maximum of one small to medium dog is accepted - £20 pet fee applies. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets when they use the pet exercise area. There is a charge for guests wishing to use the electric vehicle charging point -payable on site This property can be booked with Sunnyside(1125900) and Field View (1125899) providing accommodation for friends or families wishing to holiday together (sleeping up to 10 guests). The barn conversions are situated in an old farm yard that has some uneven surfaces.
They are located close to the A35 so some road noise will be evident particularly when using the outside areas.
Due to the location of the properties, the internet may be intermittent at times when using 4G or Wifi .




Coomb Bank Farm

A collection of three barn conversions located in a rural setting yet within easy reach of the world heritage Jurassic Coastline and the seaside destinations of Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Seaton and Beer. Located close to the Devon, Dorset and Somerset borders and situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, these recently converted cottages are perfect for couples or families looking to enjoy all that this popular area has to offer. The sought after setting of Raymonds Hill is located close to the Devon/Dorset border, near the East Devon market town of Axminster and approximately 3 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis and the breath-taking Jurassic Coastline. Located near the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with the protected forests and heathlands including the Trinity Hill Nature Reserve to the west, the area is popular with walkers delighting in the ancient hillforts of Lamberts Castle and Coney’s Castle or Golden Cap on the coast.
