    “We chose 2 Coppers Knapp due to being so close to the centre of Lyme Regis and able to park my car off road (plenty of room for a large car).”

    It had a high level of decent fixtures and fittings, carpet throughout and settees seemed to be new and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We could not expect any more. A great holiday home. One niggle that might affect is the extremely bright LED floodlight on the hall across the road. It was turned on when we were there and it shines right through he front bedroom window. I was told that it was due to have a timer fitted to turn off a 11 pm. This window needs to have an additional ...

This window needs to have an additional blackout blind (or solid louvres as elsewhere) in addition to the current curtains.to reduce the effect of this light. This is not the owner's fault, but hopefully they can sort this out. Other than that, very highly recommended.

A delightful and well presented holiday home, conveniently located only 5 minutes’ walk from the heart of Lyme Regis with its restaurants, independent shops and galleries and family friendly beaches. Situated in a small development, built on the site of the old Lyme Regis police station, this modern two bedroomed property has been comfortably furnished to a high standard. Large patio doors lead from the open plan living area onto a south facing courtyard garden furnished with table and chairs. With the added bonus of parking for one car this is an ideal base for couples or small families looking for a traditional seaside holiday or exploring the fossil hunting beaches on this popular stretch of the Jurassic Coast.
