Shower unit was grubby, needs replacing. For 6 people there should be a 2nd bathroom. Toilet needs attention on the flush. Kitchen needs a dishwasher rather than a waste disposal unit. Balcony needs upgrading with paintwork and new furniture. Bed linen is very old and grey. The duvets/pillows are past their best and need re-newing. The decor throughout the whole flat is tired and needs a total upgrade.
Sofas comfy, plenty of utensils.
Overall the flat is OK. But for the price paid we expected better quality. Everything needs a serious refresh.

We know some people look for a higher bedroom to bathroom ratio, however this apartment is advertised with 1 bathroom. The owners regularly stay in the apartment and update and upgrade areas on a regular basis to ensure the apartment is comfortable and presented as per the marketing.
