The property

This ground floor apartment is quietly tucked away in the heart of Lyme Regis. Part of a Grade II listed building, this very well equipped and flexible holiday apartment is ideal for small families, couples, or friends travelling together using the sofa bed. The seafront is only a few minutes walk away. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. There is the added benefit of off-road parking, although care needs to be exercised with larger cars, as the space is accessed through a narrow archway. Please note: Care needs to be taken with larger cars as the parking space is accessed via a narrow passageway (approx 1.9m wide) which has a 'kink' halfway through which can make manoeuvring difficult. Please be aware neither the owner or Lyme Bay Holidays can offer alternative parking should your car not be suitable - there are public car parks within a few minutes walk. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
