    “The property had some positive and some negative .”

    Interior very clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. Loved the little extras …. Coffee pods,sugar plenty of kitchen equipment. Downstairs loo. Pleasant bathroom with pleasing toiletries. Also loved the cookery books to browse . On the negative side it wasn’t a sumptuous bed as in the description. It was extremely hard. Also nothing to put anything on apart from wardrobe and one bedside. Outside was pretty abissmal . Just clay rather than a lawn. Was 12” high weeds on ...

Description said close enough to walk into the town. However, due to the steep gradient and distance, it wasn’t workable apart from for the very fit and younger generation. This wasn’t how it was described..

22 Applebee Way is a delightful one bedroomed property located in the popular and picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, Dorset. Situated on the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast and close to popular beaches and coastal walks, this is an ideal retreat for couples looking to enjoy a romantic seaside getaway at any time of the year.
