“The position of the property was ideal to be able to park your car on the drive, leave it there and walk into Lyme Regis.”

The hills are a little steep coming back but nothing too difficult, especially for the able bodied. The house is lovely and spacious and has everything you need. The hills are a little steep coming back but nothing too difficult, especially for the able bodied. The house is lovely and spacious and has everything you need. The welcome hamper was a really nice touch and full of lots of goodies. The views are wonderful from the lounge and smaller double bedroom - lovely to sit in bed and watch the sunrises over the sea. Also from the front, enclosed patio. The only slight negative for us was, we found the garden a little disappointing - it's really only a patio not a tiered garden. Also, the curtains (window and shower) in the bathroom could do with changing as one was mouldy and the other didn't fit the window fully. All in all we had a lovely week here and would definitely come back again. As a little side note for future guests - if anyone struggles with the main steps up to the front door the steps behind the garage are far easier to use (not so steep).

Thank you for your kind comments. We will take a look at the curtains. The Lyme Bay Team Property Owner
