The entrance is the conservatory in the picture which includes the kitchen and dining room. Arriving at 4pm these rooms were still at over 30 degrees and remained that way until gone 9 every evening. When we arrived the door to the rest of the house had been left open then the rest of the house was similar which took until later that evening to call. This meant we weren't able to eat in that room, play games in the evening, and had to rush into and out of the kitchen to use it at any time. ...

This meant we weren't able to eat in that room, play games in the evening, and had to rush into and out of the kitchen to use it at any time.. There was one fan in the house but we had to purchase additional fans for the rest of the house to get any sleep. Whilst dog friendly, due to the temperature in and out we couldn't really leave him inside for any time.
The two garden are smaller than expected (the one in the picture is the front and the back sight smaller). We had purposely chosen the property so our two 10 year olds could play football in the evenings but there was no space for either.
