    “I booked this for my 83 year old father when they arrived just before 4pm it hadn’t been cleaned and wet towels everywhere.”

    When I rang they showed up at 4pm and said they had forgotten to clean it . Also there was no welcome pack . I have already emailed to complain and had no response which is bad customer service .
