Set within 350 acres of private parkland, this unique estate is a haven of peace and natural beauty, with sweeping lawns, woodland walks, and a private path leading to the dramatic Jurassic Coast and the hidden beach at Charton Bay. Pet-friendly and perfect for families or groups of friends, the house itself is thoughtfully designed for relaxed, sociable living. Inside, you'll find a generous lounge and dining area where large patio doors open onto a south-facing garden - an enclosed space with a lawn and patio seating, ideal for sunny afternoons and evening meals under the stars. The kitchen is well-equipped for family cooking, with a bright breakfast area and a separate utility room with laundry facilities. Upstairs, the first floor offers four comfortable bedrooms: two king-sized rooms (one with an en-suite shower room), a twin room, and a cosy single, all tastefully furnished and with sea views from the front-facing rooms. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms, while downstairs, a further bedroom with small double bed provides additional sleeping space, making the cottage suitable for up to eight guests. Beyond the estate, the local area is rich with attractions. Just a short drive away, Lyme Regis beckons with its sandy beaches, fossil-rich cliffs, and the iconic Cobb Harbour.
