    “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 3 Major Terrace.”

    As 6 middle-aged ladies, we enjoyed having a room each and there was plenty of bathrooms and wider space for everyone to enjoy, We cooked a roast dinner and there was lots of pans, trays, crockery and cutlery for us to use. The location was perfect for walks along the promenade and we would definitely consider visiting again.

The property retains much of its period character and charm with original internal doors and ornamental cast iron fireplaces yet it offers all the comforts of modern day living. With off- road parking for two cars this fine property is the perfect base from which to explore this delightful town and this stretch of the World renowned Jurassic Coast. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Seaton’s unique range of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants are right on the doorstep and the beach and mile long seafront are within a 5 minute walk. From here you can take a leisurely stroll out to Axmouth’s picturesque harbour or take a walk over the cliffs to the neighbouring village of Beer, home to the Quarry Caves and Pecorama tourist attractions. SEATON, DEVON

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
