Lovely property, very central, only negative is lack of outside space.

55 Queen Street was a wonderful holiday home.

Beautifully decorated, really well equipped with everything you might need and in a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

We loved our stay at 55 Queen street.

It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We used the folding chairs in the little courtyard which was nicely shaded from the very hot sun. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday home.

The owners had thought of everything you might need for an enjoyable break by the sea, including picnic chairs and a trolley to take all needed for an evening picnic to watch the sea and the world go by. We will definitely be going back.

Great location for a family holiday. Within walking distance of the beach, the tram and all the local amenities. And having a parking space is a bonus. It is a very well equipped house with everything you could want for a week’s stay. We will be back again.

The house is well equipped and veru comfortable. It is in a great location. The house had Christmas decorations which was a really nice touch. We would recommend a stay here and hope to return!!

The house is beautiful, all facilities are great, the location is wonderful and we thoroughly relaxed, it was a really wonderful break.

The house has been well decorated and we loved the Christmas touches it was very thoughtful. Just a very small note:The windows don’t keep out the noise of the road and the happy morning gulls from the wee hours, and the main bedroom mattress we very hard, so this would be my only bit of feedback but entirely personal preference . We really did have the best time .

We had a fantastic 5 nights in the property, Queens Road was everything we'd hoped it would be.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could imagine, even a lemon juicer which we needed for a dish we were making. The beds were 10 out of 10 and we are fussy so very happy. The attention to detail in the house was lovely, plenty of towels and lots of games, a great book on walks in the area which we used. The showers are amazing !!! fantastic water pressure !!! Such a comfortable house to stay in, great that it had parking outside. We would definitely recommend this property. We couldn't fault it in anyway. Thank you so much

This is a beautifully refurbished period property with a modern touch.

Its extremely well decorated and comfortable and very warm! The kitchen is superb and the WiFi signal very good. Beds also very comfortable Parking for one car in the town is very convenient. My only negative comment would be that we were emailed about the parking permit for a second car whilst travelling down to the house on a Saturday. By the time we arrived the offices were not available for the required phone call so we had to pay for parking.

The house is in a great location, is spacious and quite well-equipped.

Off-road parking was tight even with our tiny car due to the bin store being placed on the wrong side of the driveway (would be better on the pedestrian entrance side). We were surprised there were no toiletries (shower gel etc) provided as is usual, and the slippery, cold wooden floor downstairs could be greatly improved with a rug in the lounge. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at this property which was warm, welcoming and beautifully accessorised.

55 Queen Street is an excellent holiday property, it is very close to all the amenities and the parking space is a big benefit, just be aware you need to reverse in as its on a one way street.

The house is large, extremely comfortable and very well equipped with every appliance you could need and everything is easy to use if, like us, you are not so great with technology. It is clean and cosy, tastefully furnished to a very high standard and the welcome pack was a very nice touch. Thanks for a great stay.

Gorgeous house picture's don't do it justice alot bigger than it looks, decorated beautifully throughout.

Would highly recommend and hopefully will be returning in the future.

There were a couple of negatives; we couldn't open the back door as the doorknob was broken, the chairs and table out the front were covered in bird poop.

A second set of keys would be useful. Having said that, the decor was lovely and the house was very comfortable and really well furnished, the picnic table, chairs and trolley were good additions. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall it was a good place to stay and the location was great.

This is a lovely, well equipped property.

Beautifully furnished and a kitchen with plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery. A little more cupboard space to store food would have been appreciated. The position of the property is excellent for local travel. The one thing that is needed is a shaving mirror for the ensuite to the master bedroom. Our short stay was booked very much at the last minute. We're so glad that this property was available, we greatly enjoyed our time at 55 Queens Road.

Fantastic property in immaculate order, in terms of decor, finish and cleanliness.

Every room is large and very comfortable. Great to have an off road parking space, given it is in the town centre (the road outside is one way with not that much traffic - my companion who lives on a country lane wasn't at all bothered by it). Particularly good restaurants in Seaton are Le Pisani and Ragini (4-8 min walk). Loads of day-time cafes.

An excellent property finished to a high standard.

Everything for a great holiday was provided, especially the extensive facilities in the kitchen. The rooms were furnished extremely well and were very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the short break.

A bonus was the very well equipped kitchen (especially once we found the secret drawer within the saucepan drawer!). House was spacious, bright and airy. And we loved the abundance of board games. We will definitely be back.

55,Queen Street is an excellent place to stay.

The house is spacious, extremely well equipped and ideally located to explore East Devon. I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for somewhere to stay in that area.

This is a well presented house, with generous proportions throughout.

Well situated in Seaton just a short walk to beach and all amenities.

This was a superb property with a home from home feel.

All to a very high specification and so comfortable. Although not in a pretty location the off road parking was a bonus and very easy access to the shops, pubs and sea with easy access to and from the property in the car. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would consider revisiting. The welcome pack was so thoughtful and very much appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found everything beautifully clean and well-maintained.

We loved the little touches - the welcome pack in the kitchen for example -delicious goodies inside and devoured instantly! The beds were superb, comfortable to sleep in with plenty of pillows and clean bedding throughout. We loved the location too - able to walk through the high street and straight onto the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property for a family to stay in and would consider booking again if we want to stay in Seaton.

My wife and I stayed at 55 Queen Street for a week from 1st July 2023.

The property was a wonderful place to relax and take in a part of Devon we had never visited before. The property itself was first class. A lot of thought had gone into what had been created. All of rooms were very good and we had so much space with just the two of us. The welcome pack was much appreciated and a nice touch. There were no complaints with this property. If we were in the area again we would definitely look at booking again.

Absolutely lovely well equipped cottage, very clean and everything you could wish for and the owners have gone above and beyond with facilities.

The furnishings are very good quality and the super king bed is really comfortable and it's so big when you get inside, we can't fault this property in anyway. Congratulations you have made a holiday cottage into a home.

I stayed for three days over the Easter weekend with my wife and mother, the minute I opened the front door we all knew that I had made an excellent choice.

This lovely house oozes charm and the décor is so tasteful in every room, we immediately felt at home. I would highly recommend this property, not just for the house itself but also for its position close to everything, with the added bonus of a parking space in driveway. Would I stay again...you bet I would.

The house was absolutely perfect. In mint condition. I loved the decor. It was warm and comfortable with excellent facilities.
