Arranged over two floors, the ground floor accommodation boasts a spacious lounge with log burner giving the room a cosy feel during the colder months. The spacious kitchen diner is a delight and a sociable space for the group to come together to enjoy mealtimes.
Head upstairs where you will find three bedrooms, a kingsize, a double and a twin room, serviced by the family bathroom. An additional shower room is situated on the ground floor and perfectly placed for when you step into or out of the hot tub outside.
Stepping out from the lounge or kitchen and you will find a large, decked seating area with comfortable seating area and relaxing garden furniture, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining or relaxing with a book and a cold drink. Steps lead from the decking to the garden and the hob hub, with its gazebo and feature lighting, creating the perfect spot to lie back and enjoy the bubbles. The rest of the garden is mainly lawn with mature trees and shrubs and the ideal place for children or pets to run about.
A unique seaside town in East Devon, Seaton is home to many fine examples of Victorian and Edwardian architecture, beautiful gardens, and a whole range of shops, bars restaurants and entertainment. The mile long pebble beach is an ideal spot for swimming or water sports with kayaks or stand up paddleboards available to hire.
Alongside the beach is the esplanade, a flat walking area that stretches alongside the coastline - with the town at one end, and a cafe at the other. The South West Coast Path runs alongside this stunning beach rewarding walkers with far reaching and spectacular coastal scenery. The Seaton Wetlands Centre, boasts nearly 4km of level trails and boardwalk through beautiful marshland and reed beds alongside the river Axe, and is home to an abundance of wildlife.
Popular days out include neighbouring Beer, a picturesque fishing village where you can sit and watch the local fishing boats hauling their catches ashore or amble around the many art galleries and gift shops. Or take a trip to Lyme Regis with its iconic Cobb harbour and the backdrop for many TV films and adaptations. The Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth is home to hundreds of donkeys and a firm favourite with the young and old alike.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
