On the first day, we discovered a problem with the downstairs toilet. Upon trying to report it to Sykes/Lyme Bay Holidays, the number given led to an endless list of automated options, none of which was correct for reporting a problem.

I understand that a full septic tank is an issue that can happen, however for the resolution to take four days is poor, even including a bank holiday. I believe this was due to not being able to get through to anyone on a dedicated number.
