Location was good being right in the middle of town, so just a short walk to restaurants and the sea front.
However, I’ve marked it down for the maintenance aspect as the side balcony was covered in bird poo so totally unusable and may be a good idea to get an awning or some sort of covering if the seagulls are a problem. The downstairs balcony had full sun on it during the day so, again, unusable and could do with an awning.

The other thing we found was that one of the kitchen cupboards still had someone else’s left over food in it ( 2 loaves of bread, potatoes, onions and garlic) which we didn’t discover until it started to smell half way through our time there.
The dustbin had been put outside the property when we arrived and was overflowing because of passers by putting rubbish into it causing flies everywhere, but wasn’t emptied until either Monday or Tuesday. We put the bin away in the cupboard after it had been emptied, to make sure it was empty for when we needed to put our rubbish in at the end of the week, but someone then came and put it out again later in the week, filling it with black sacks leaving very little space for us to put our rubbish in as requested.
