“The property is in a good location and within walking distance for everything I needed.”

The lounge has an issue, a of a lot of paint peeling off the walls , which continued throughout my stay unable to see if there is a damp issue ? One curtain in bay window coming off curtain track and to high to re hook it, unable to shut curtains fully due to this. Cleanliness could if been better lots of dust on windowsills and base of floor lamp. The toilet brush was rather disgusting and unable to use it, some cracks in bathroom hand basin also. Overall property looks tired but didn't ...

The property

Sea Lovers captures the essence of relaxed seaside living. Set right on Exmouth’s Esplanade, this generous ground-floor apartment places the beach just steps away, with the soothing pace of the seafront on your doorstep. It makes an easy, welcoming base for families or friends, offering two comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to unwind between coastal adventures. Inside, the apartment is bright and laid-back in feel. The spacious living room is filled with natural light, with a large bay window drawing your gaze straight out across the sea towards Dawlish Warren. The view stretches over the Exe Estuary, and on clear days reaches as far as Babbacombe and the striking headland at Berry Head, providing a beautiful backdrop for slow mornings with a coffee or relaxed afternoons after time on the beach. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing simple holiday meals, while the double and twin bedrooms provide peaceful spaces to retreat to at the end of the day. A modern bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the accommodation. To the rear, Sea Lovers also benefits from its own garage parking, a real advantage for a seafront location. The garage is accessed from a neighbouring road and is suitable for a standard-sized vehicle. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained house, featuring a shared hallway but with your own private front door. From here, enjoying Exmouth couldn’t be simpler. Exmouth Marina is just moments away, offering a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with cafés, restaurants, a fish shop and everyday amenities. Boat trips depart from the marina along the Jurassic Coast or across the estuary, giving a different perspective on this beautiful stretch of coastline. For those who prefer to explore on foot or by bike, the Exe Estuary cycle path begins nearby and follows the water through Topsham and on towards Exeter and Dawlish. With the town centre and railway station also within easy walking distance, everything you need is close at hand. With its prime Esplanade position, spacious layout and inviting atmosphere, Sea Lovers is a wonderful base in Exmouth, perfect for enjoying the sea just outside your door, whatever the season.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £250.
