A wonderful if all too short a stay.

100% in most respects, especially the off-street parking which in Lyme is a great asset. The only complaint was finding no internet on arrival but this was remedied by mid-day the next day by the maintenance department following phone calls to the Sykes help line where a lady was very patient and helpful. And one suggestion for improvement would be for there to be two keys available to avoid a guest having to wait for the return of the other if out separately.

A lovely clean ‘cottage’ in an excellent location with great parking facility.

It is well equipped except for lack of a dishwasher, which there just isn’t room for. But sadly the beds and sofas are not comfortable. The Xmas tree was very welcome, and absolutely lovely.

A lovely clean, comfortable snall house which was ideal for two.

The outdoor space to sit and enjoy a cuppa and the parking bay were an added bonus. The proximity to the shops was literally a five minute walk (if that). Do try the river walk to Uplyme and sample the delicious home made cakes etc at The Black Dog tea shop. Delicious. Thank you for the welcome food and cleaning pack. Would return again to Copoers Knapp.

An excellent well-situated property in lovely Lyme Regis - the parking place right next to the property was a much-appreciated bonus.

The house is well-equiped, cosy and comfortable.

This is our 3rd ( possible forth) time in this property.

And we keep coming back because it ticks every box. Access to Lyme, without a painful walk up a hill. Off street parking and a clean , well equipped house One minor thing …. The welcome pack is very , very nice. Maybe a bit less in that and instead of the kitchen pack , which contained dishwasher tablets ( there is no dishwasher) a little more washing up liquid . The pack contained a 30ml tube Even for us … who do as little food prep as we can on holiday, this wasn’t enough But we will be back. Armed with a bottle of Fairy Liquid Many thanks

Ideal location within Lyme Regis.

Good base for holiday, especially with parking at the property. Received a nice welcome bag, much appreciated. Need to update recycling and bin guidelines as no recycling facilities in the car parks now! Was not listed on the property’s details but there is a downstairs toilet. Went to Charmouth, about 10 mins by car, good parking, lovely beach and found lots of fossils. We had a lovely stay at the property, would highly recommend.

Excellent holiday cottage in a great location, with adjacent parking facility.

Everything spotless on arrival. I have a couple of comments - A Nespresso machine would be nice, A dishwasher would be nice, but I can see why that would be impossible, and The garden maintenance person should do a bit more to make the outside look as good as the inside. I hope to return.

Great location, parking valuable in area

Our stay was great.

We couldn't find fault with anything. A lovely modern, clean and comfortable property in a perfect spot to enjoy all that Lyme Regis has to offer. A few minutes walk to the town along the river, through the Mill House area with the brewery and restaurants and cafes. When we next visit, we would look to book this property again.

Great little holiday home, perfect location in the town with parking.

House was clean, modern, comfortable and nice sunny courtyard garden. It's small and open plan but for four nights it was perfect for us thank you.

We can’t fault it. Fourth time in Coppers Knapp. The house is immaculately clean. Congrats to the cleaning team. Lovely welcome pack. Super power shower Well stocked kitchen and great large fridge freezer. Powerful hairdryer. Loads of draws and wardrobes As I say. Difficult to criticise Very close to town via the river walk so no bigs hills to climb ( just a small , short one ) to get home and with private parking It ticks every box for us. Fit 60ish year old couple No children with us Look forward to returning next year

Very well presented, the chipboard flooring in the bedrooms needs some attention as was very squeaky.

That is the only thing I can say was an issue other than that a very nice property

Great property for us, close to centre of Lyme Regis, off road parking and comfortable.

Yes it's on quite a step hill (like a lot of Lyme Regis) and is looking a little tired round the edges, but we loved our stay.

We had a lovely stay.

So much, that we added an extra night. It was in a great location, comfortable and had everything we needed.

I would describe this property as adequate.

It was tired and faded and lacked care for the price.

This was a lovely property in a central location with a car parking space, which is at a premium in Lyme.

Most of the facilities were really good, the property was well furnished, the bed very comfortable, and the little courtyard garden was a lovely suntrap . However, we were really diisappointed with the shower, a good shower is essential to us, especially on holiday. The water pressure was extremely low, and the temperature control very hard to maintain. It could go from cold to extremely hot during a shower. The visitors book. contained many references to the poor shower as well.. Also, there was a notice to put recycling out, but nothing to put it in, we brought ours home! It is a property we would love to go back to as it had so many positives, if the shower is improved.

If I owned the property I would remove the carpet in the downstairs toilet in favour of a tiled or laminate floor.

Lovely cosy accommodation very near the centre of Lyme Regis.

The cottage is well appointed and having a parking space outside is a bonus. Please note there is a steep hill down to the harbour which may not be easy to navigate for those with mobility issues.

We have been frequent visitors to Coppers Knapp over many years.

We have regarded it as a `home from home`. Comfortable and always enjoyable. Although quiet, it just a short walk from the town centre and is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.

Surprised to see the gardener and window cleaner during our stay .

We mentioned the cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and were informed they would be rectified on our departure . Comfortable beds , nice welcome pack . Well located parked the car , not used throughout the stay .
