    “We needed parking, a garden for our dog, and no stairs.”

    Sadly, there were steep stairs (which we just about managed, being OAPs). The handrail was rusted and snagged my hand. There was no garden, and parking was adequate if a bit tight getting the car into the garage. There was a strong smell of damp, particularly in the third bedroom, which we did not use. We left the window open to air it, but on returning home found our cases smelt badly of damp. We also noticed that the flooring was spongy in this area and felt like there were holes under the ...

We also noticed that the flooring was spongy in this area and felt like there were holes under the covering. The TV was a challenge to operate, as it did not always work correctly and was missing channels. The furniture in the lounge was uncomfortable and not as shown on the website. There was no indication of where the bins and recycling bins were located, and the information provided about collection days was incorrect.

A delightful, south facing apartment located in the heart of old Lyme, just a few minutes walk from the seafront, shops, pubs and restaurants.
