    “The house was just what we needed.”

    The games room was great for the young ones. The rooms were comfy and spacious. Only slight drawback was the boiler kept loosing pressure, so we had unreliable heating and hot water. I watched some videos online to pressurise it, called the number in the guide to get it fixed, they came next day. This didn't however seem to fix the problem. I could have called again, but I didn't as it was manageable with the temporary fix I had found online. Might be something you want to investigate ...

There was also a small water leak from the roof into the kitchen. Sorry I didn't report this I was busy enjoying my holiday. Another minor point, you may like to upgrade the frying pans. The nonstick is damaged and is not sustainable due to PFAS content. Despite the minor inconveniences listed above, I would recommend this property the location was fantastic, the short walk into town was lovely following along the river Lim.

2 Studley Gardens, a contemporary, semi-detached abode is located in the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, Dorset. conveniently located for exploring the town, its beaches, and surrounding areas. With ample parking, a large garden, and being well-positioned to explore nearby amenities, this delightful three-bed property is the perfect holiday home for families or groups of couples. The spacious open-plan living area is bright and welcoming with large French doors flooding the room with light as well as leading out to the adjoining decked patio area and garden that catches the sun for most of the day. The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with all of the amenities needed to create a heartwarming meal, which can be enjoyed together around the family dining table. If you are in need of entertainment or just wish to try out your game skills, head over to the games room where you will find a pool table and TV. As the evening comes to a close, find yourself in one of three bedrooms; two spacious king-size rooms and a twin room that can be made up as a king-size on request, making flexible sleeping arrangements. Outside, the sitting area and garden is simply delightful, with a decked terrace providing the perfect spot for morning coffee, while the large lawn and shrubs create a wonderful private space to recline with a book in the sunshine.
