“I recently stayed at this holiday flat in Lyme Regis and had a great experience overall.”
Here are my thoughts:
Parking: Despite some existing reviews mentioning difficulties with parking in the basement car park, I found it quite manageable with my medium-sized Honda Civic.
Sea View: The sea view from both the living room and the main bedroom was exceptional, with the iconic Cobb in full view. It was a delight to wake up to such a picturesque scene every morning.

Bedrooms: The bedrooms were spacious and offered ample storage, making it easy to keep everything organized during our stay.
Kitchen: The kitchen was fully equipped and in very good order, which made cooking meals straightforward. It had everything we needed and more.
Bathroom: Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown. The electric shower was adequate, but taking a bath was nearly impossible due to the slow fill rate from the hot bath tap, which I measured at just 2 litres per minute. Additionally, the bottom 15 cm of the shower curtain was mouldy and in need of replacement. The bathroom was also quite cold, with only an electric towel rail for heating, which seemed to be on a minimal schedule with no apparent override.
Conclusion: This flat is in a fantastic location right on the front. If you are not too fussed about the poor condition of the bathroom and you are not planning to bring a large car, then it is highly recommended.
