Good evening. Thanks for the honest feedback - we will speak to Sykes about this as there are vast quantities of washing-up liquid, hand soap as well as a get-you-in pack with toilet rolls, tea / coffee and biscuits etc.
Similarly, we've had gorillas staying previously who have damaged the shower head pole and thermostatic valve - so the new setup was meant to be a simple solution. The shower was on a pole to allow it to be adjusted up down and at any angle the user requires by pushing the button. We haven't been there since Easter, so it might have been broken again.
So sorry to hear that you found it a faff, we will chase Sykes; we otherwise hope that you still had a good time in Lyme Regis. We will get onto these points.
