    Enclosed outdoor space is perfect for a dog with lovely view over bay. The two-bed, two-bath set-up is good. Size of property as expected and suitable for our needs. However, the property is in need of a thorough deep clean and some urgent maintenance. Dingy, mildew smell downstairs, filthy oven, unclean kettle on arrival. Water leaked from upstairs bathroom into kitchen following a shower - apparently a recurring problem. Owner polite and willing to try to resolve leak during stay, but it was ...

Owner polite and willing to try to resolve leak during stay, but it was not convenient for him to do so while we were there. Prior to our stay, Sykes customer service was incredibly hard to access and frustrating, putting us off using them in the future.
