“Bedrock is a very nice house in a brilliant location for getting around Lyme Regis.”
It's a lot larger than other houses we have stayed in around the same area and the kitchen was well equipped.
I have given a lower rating for comfort as the beds were very uncomfortable. I have found this with most places we have booked and it has unfortunately become an expectation now....a poor night sleep with a painful back the next day.

We have been visiting Lyme Regis for years and stay in a different house each time. Bedrock is probably one of the nicer ones. However, Monmouth Street has become overly noisy (as has Lyme Regis itself). The level of noise from people out drinking etc continued until early hours and being at the Church Street end, you get the noise from the through traffic. This has become more ridiculous over the last couple of years, too, as the number of cars cruising with loud engines and music has doubled.
It's is unfortunately, as the area is nice, but the people travelling through make the area unbearably noisy at times.
Also, as with most of the houses here, there is no double glazing and the seagulls never rest!
