    “We have visited Blacksmiths multiple times since 2012 as its location is ideal for us.”

    The property is spotlessly clean and recently redecorated. The recent additions of a new kitchen and an up-dated heating system make the house warm and cosy, ideal for out of season holidays. If the property is still available for rent next year we will be booking yet another holiday there. I would, without reservation recommend Blacksmiths to anyone looking for a holiday in Lyme Regis.

This attractive cottage provides good quality accommodation in the heart of Lyme Regis. Situated in a small, private gated, courtyard the property benefits from a front and back garden patio, two off-road parking spaces and has attractive views down Broad Street to the sea and the beautiful Jurassic coastline. Opposite the cottage is the entrance to Lyme Regis' award winning seafront gardens which provide a most pleasant walk to the beach along with some of the finest views across Lyme Bay. The town's fine collection of shops, galleries and restaurants, sandy beach, harbour and The Cobb are literally within a short walk of the cottage, offering a great location for a "throw away the car keys" holiday. Well maintained and furnished, this is an ideal property for couples or small families looking for a central location close to the seafront. A wonderful choice at any time of the year there is a delightful coal effect fire in the sitting room, great for those cosy winter or cool spring nights. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.
