I have a very different view of Sykes Cottages. I had an awful time trying to get hold of you prior to the stay, and the request I had made (zip link bed) had not been completed. Yes a quick drop-in to Lyme Bay Holidays and it was resolved in ten minutes.
In your "Tell us about how we helped you" survey after contacting you, I did not hold back and was scathing at the poor service from Sykes. Yet, you have not attempted at any time to get in touch with me to find out more about what happened, ...

In your "Tell us about how we helped you" survey after contacting you, I did not hold back and was scathing at the poor service from Sykes. Yet, you have not attempted at any time to get in touch with me to find out more about what happened, in order that you can improve your survey, nor to offer an apology. Let me be very clear - the service from Sykes was terrible, from your impenetrable automatic phone system, to your WhatsApp chat that ignores you for 24 hours in the hope that you will resolve the issue yourself so that Sykes won't have to do anything.
Lyme Bay Holidays team was brilliant. The cottage was brilliant. Sykes is awful.
